Take responsibility for your own clients, dogs, business decisions, and conduct
Prohibited Behaviour
You must not:
Sell, promote, pitch, or spam members without permission
Harass, bully, threaten, or insult other members
Post political, religious, hateful, offensive, or divisive content
Share misleading, unsafe, or irresponsible dog handling advice
Post irrelevant, copied, low-effort, or AI-generated spam content
Copy, resell, distribute, or share club materials outside the community
Solicit members for external business purposes without permission
Pretend to represent the club without written authorisation
Upload unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or infringing content
Violations may result in warning, suspension, removal from the club, loss of access, or legal action where appropriate.
3. No Employment, Agency, Franchise, or Partnership
Independent Dog Walkers Club is a support and education community only.
Joining the club does not make you an employee, contractor, partner, agent, franchisee, representative, certified walker, or approved provider of Independent Dog Walkers Club.
You remain fully independent and responsible for your own dog walking business.
4. Member Responsibility
You are responsible for your own:

Insurance
Licences and permits
Taxes
Client contracts
Pricing
Risk assessments

Independent Dog Walkers Club does not supervise, certify, insure, regulate, or guarantee the conduct of any member.
5. Intellectual Property
All content shared inside Independent Dog Walkers Club, including templates, guides, checklists, videos, downloads, posts, frameworks, forms, and training materials, belongs to Independent Dog Walkers Club, its operator, or designated contributors.
You may use club materials for your own dog walking business only.
You may not:
Copy, sell, publish, share, or distribute materials outside the club

Claim authorship of club content

6. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
